Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations designed to understand your symptoms, history, and goals. Appointments are thorough and unhurried, allowing time for diagnostic clarity and collaborative treatment planning.

Psychiatric evaluation (75 minutes)


Regular 30-minute follow-up appointments focused on how you’re feeling, how treatment is working, and making adjustments when appropriate.

Medication management


  • Anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic)

  • Mood disorders- (depression, bipolar, pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder)

  • Trauma related disorders (PTSD, C-PTSD)

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD, trichotillomania, excoriation disorder)

  • Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder

Services I Don’t Provide

As a small private practice I am unable to provide the following
services/treatments:

  • Court ordered psychiatric evaluations/treatment

  • Disability/SSI evaluations

  • Severe eating disorders

  • Active substance-use disorders

  • Anger management

  • Domestic violence

  • Acute psychotic disorders

  • Autism evaluations/diagnoses

  • Therapy only without med management

Fees and Insurance

I accept most major insurance carriers including Aetna, Cigna, Premera, Regence, Oscar, and United. Please verify insurance here.

Cash pay rates:

  • Initial evaluation (75 minutes): $300

  • Follow-up appointments (30 minutes): $150

If I am out of network, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. if you have questions about cost or coverage, you’re encouraged to ask.
